  Spring

Flowerbed I

The sketch for this flowerbed has been developed to make it easier for you to view how the colors and shapes in a flowerbed containing perennials change with the change of seasons. Perennial flowerbeds have one important advantage – by combining several plants and taking into account the colors of their leaves and blossoms, it is possible to arrange it so that the flowerbed is constantly in blooms from spring to fall; its colors and shapes will change, giving you delightful surprises week after week.

Flowerbed II

The best place for this flowerbed would be in a full or partial shade, in loose, acidic, fertile soil. This flowerbed also requires moderate moisture.

Flowerbed III

This flowerbed requires a sunny or slightly shaded location with moderately fertile soil and plenty of moisture. The plants in this flowerbed are predominantly violet and pink in color. Fall is the peak blossoming season for this flowerbed.
